It’s green again in Montana, and the sun rises gloriously on the snowcapped Absaroka Mountains a few miles south of us. The groves of aspen and cottonwood along Mission Creek are dressing themselves in new foliage anticipating the coming season. All of creation sparkles with the promise of springtime, and our hands are raised in celebration.
Falls of the Yellowstone
Come for an early season visit at Mission Creek Bed and Breakfast, Montana before the surge of summer visitors arrive. Most of the roads in Yellowstone Park are open to visitors now, and our guests have reported seeing large herds of elk, bison and even a couple of bears, one a grizzly. Fishing is open on the tributary streams of the Yellowstone River. There are scenic drives to take, and shops and museums to visit. Or just come to relax and watch Spring coming on.
