The Yellowstone - The famed Yellowstone River can be accessed at numerous points within 10-15 minutes of the bed and breakfast. These trout are powerful and athletic, and up to 25 inches and 7 pounds. Besides being able to fish from the shore, guests may wish to lease rafts in Livingston which will allow them to fish more of the river. Or, for professional guide service, take a look at the web sites for Yellowstone TroutScout, Yellowstone Angler, or Dan Bailey's.

Mission
Creek - flows right by our creekside porch. Miles of this creek can be accessed by our guests. Fundamentally a small stream with extensive pocket water, we are astounded at the size of the trout that will stack up below its riffles and boulders. (up to 20 inches)

The Spring Creeks- Located just south of Livingston and within 15 minutes of the bed and breakfast, are the three world famous spring creeks, Depuy's, Armstrong's, and Nelson's.
These will offer a challenge to the most experienced fly fishermen.
Some of our guests have enjoyed fishing Yellowstone Park. The Lamar, Soda Butte, Slough Creek, and the Firehole are all very fine, productive fisheries. You'll be able to take in the open-air zoo. But watch that the buffalo don't crowd you into the river. These streams are within 1 to 2 hours from here.
There are many other rivers nearby.........almost too many to name: the Stillwater, Rock Creek, the Big Horn, the Madison, the Gallatin, Milesnicks. There are numerous high-mountain lakes. For me, these names encourage a great march of memories, and they can for you, too.
This is fishing the way it was when I was a kid. Here, I find solitude and easily lapse into a oneness with the water, the sky, the trees, the wind and the light. Guests who experience it will believe that they are fishing in a postcard!!!
A dear friend from Connecticut refers to this place as "MY MONTANA," and calls the Yellowstone "MY RIVER!!" I suspect he's right. Anyone who becomes captivated by the magic of this place owns a bit of it. It becomes yours, and your memories will make it so. Come and claim your share!!!!!!!!
