CALLING ALL FISHERMEN!

A fly fisherman's paradise, the Mission Ranch boasts not
only two miles of Yellowstone River frontage, it includes
a mile Mission Creek as well. But the real fly fishing
jewel is Mission Spring Creek that one guest called the "biggest
little spring creek in Montana." Meandering for
a mile through our meadows, the spring once relinquished a
19 pound brown trout. Browns, rainbows, and cutthroats
ranging from 18 to 22 inches are not uncommon. We can
guarantee it: you'll be challenged.

Mission
Creek Spring
Rods are limited to four per
day on the spring creek, to ensure a private fishing
experience. Because of rod limits, please reserve your
rod as soon as possible! rod fee for spring creek is $40
per day for B&B guests. The rate is $80 for those
not staying at the B&B.

Other fishing options include:
Walk and fish our ranch's
private 2-mile stretch of Yellowstone River shore. You'll find  trout
stacked up behind fallen trees and stone barbs along the river front.
This section of the river is characterized by fast water and wide
braids and is rarely fished by floating fishermen. No access fee
for B&B guests who wish to fish from the shoreline.
Mission Creek, which flows
by the B&B on its way to the Yellowstone River, offers a rich
opportunity to fish for rainbows, browns and cutthroats very near
the house. Again, no access fee for B&B guests.

in the area who will put you on to fish in a hurry.
